RMV Mail Room temp for Quincy HQ location.
Complete Description :
- Sorting of US Government Client, FedEx, UPS and other various carriers mail / packages
- Sorting and preparing of all incoming / outgoing courier, internal and external mail
- Pick-up and delivery of internal mail / packages within Quincy HQ
- Applying or affixing postage for outgoing internal mail utilizing mail processing machines / equipment
- Receiving, scanning and delivery of overnight / express packages utilizing internal tracking equipment
- Operating mail inserters, folding machine and various mail equipment
- Placing service calls for mail room machinery / equipment as needed
- Processing and sorting of all returned / undeliverable mail
- Recording daily totals for all returned / undeliverable mail
- Develop weekly and monthly reports for all returned / undeliverable mail as needed
- Delivery of various office supplies and materials within Quincy HQ
- Ensure prompt and accurate handling of incoming and outgoing mail and to not leave any mail unattended
outside the mailroom
- Provide good customer service to all visitors to the mailroom
- Assist the mailroom operations with other duties and tasks as needed
- Perform all back-up mail room duties as needed
